Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to counsel prospective students, generate admissions, and achieve enrollment targets for our CAT and CLAT preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course features, batches, fees, and benefits.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and schedule counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams for seamless student onboarding.
- Address student queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or educational counselling.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and solid follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
