Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and industrial automation

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical symbols, wire sizing, color codes, and control components. Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and work according to electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and Blueprints.
- Panel Assembly & Wiring: Layout, mount, and wire electrical components within control panels (including PLCs, drives, relays,



circuit breakers, and terminal blocks).
- Installation: Route and bundle wires neatly, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and neat aesthetics (proper ferrule marking and lugging).
- Testing & Quality Check: Perform continuity tests and basic electrical checks to troubleshoot and verify wiring accuracy before final commissioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to report schematic discrepancies and suggest improvements.
