Client Relations Executive (TELESALES)

Location: Gurgoan & South Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Client Relations Executive & Clinic Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role combines telesales, medical receptionist duties, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the management of billing and insurance verification processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry,



and inventory management.
- Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to client relations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare or related fields for more than 5 years.
- Experience in telesales or customer service roles.
