BMC is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join the IMS Data Management R&D; team. In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of software products under the guidance of experts.

In this role, you will:
Drive user-centered design solutions that deliver value and improve experiences to millions of users

Employ innovative and effective strategies to solve user interaction challenges that push creative boundaries

Create and maintain vision and design specifications, wire frames and interactive prototypes

Use design and analysis tools to define problem statements and drive solutions

Work closely with cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams including visual designers, researchers, software architects, developers, and product managers to iteratively design concepts and interactions for our products.

Interact with customers and end users to better understand their needs and translating those needs into innovative solutions

Need to manage a mixed workload of multiple ongoing tasks including new function development and product maintenance.
