We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and trend-focused Digital Marketing Specialist with over 2 years of experience to elevate our brand presence and drive high-quality leads. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for shaping our online identity, showcasing our completed interior design projects, and managing campaigns across social media, search, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles (primarily Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube) by creating engaging, visually stunning content that highlights our design portfolio and site transformations.
- Lead Generation: Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) specifically structured to generate high-converting leads for interior design services.
- Content Creation: Script and coordinate the shooting of site walk-throughs, before-and-after transformations, and client testimonials. Basic video editing skills for Reels/Shorts are a must.
- SEO & Website Updates: Optimize website content,



manage local SEO (Google My Business) to improve local search rankings, and write occasional design-focused blogs to drive organic traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics (ROI, Cost Per Lead, engagement rates, website traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the design team to ensure our digital voice aligns perfectly with our premium brand aesthetic.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of qualified digital marketing experience (experience working with real estate, architecture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle brands is a massive plus).
- Paid Ads Expertise: Proven track record of managing profitable Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ad campaigns and targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Creative Tools: Proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush
