Position: MIS Executive - EPR Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our EPR operations through data management, reporting, analysis, and process tracking. The role involves maintaining operational databases, generating reports and dashboards, validating data, and providing insights to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and prepare summaries for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across various operational activities.

Data Management
- Collect, compile, validate, and maintain data received from internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and update master databases with high accuracy.




- Perform data reconciliation and identify inconsistencies for correction.
- Maintain structured records and data repositories.

Operations Support
- Track collection, processing, recycling, and material movement data.
- Support target tracking and performance monitoring across projects and programs.
- Assist teams with data extraction, report generation, and information requirements.
- Prepare periodic summaries and presentations for business reviews.

Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with operations, finance, sales, and other departments for data requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in automating and streamlining reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation).
