Skills and Competencies
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and responsive problem-solver with strong judgment and a customer-service-oriented mindset




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is highly desirable
- Proficiency in additional APAC languages such as Chinese or Japanese would be an advantage

Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, management, paralegal studies, or a related field
- 1-5 years of related experience in contract management, sales support, business operations, procurement, finance, or a legal-related field, preferably within the finance or sales industries

Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, supporting a dedicated sales team by managing the contracting process from initiation to completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution for recent business and renewals
- Participate in regular sales pipeline reviews to advise on effective commercial approaches and proactively addres
