Videographer & Photographer - Social Media Content

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

We’re looking for a creative Videographer & Photographer who doesn't just know how to operate a camera—but understands how to make people stop scrolling and watch.

This role is for someone who wants to experiment, learn fast, and create premium-quality social media content.

What You'll Do
- Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property videos, interviews and talking-head content.
- Plan creative camera angles, framing, lighting, and movement instead of simply pointing and shooting.
- Capture professional property photography and lifestyle shots.
- Understand the purpose of each video and suggest how it can be shot more effectively.
- Work closely with the content team to turn a simple script or idea into an engaging visual story.
- Experiment with B-roll, transitions, compositions, cinematic shots and recent content formats.
- Maintain and properly handle cameras, lenses, lights,



microphones and other production equipment.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:
- Robust understanding of videography + photography fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of lighting, composition, framing and camera movement.
- An understanding of what works on Instagram and YouTube.
- A strong visual sense—you should notice details that an average person doesn't.
- Ability to shoot both people and real estate/property content confidently.
- Willingness to learn new shooting styles and follow current content trends.

We're NOT Looking For

Someone who only says:
- "Sir, bata dijiye camera kahan rakhna hai."_

We want someone who can also say:
- "Isko agar iss angle se shoot karein, opening shot aur powerful lagega."_

Experience
