About this role:
- In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions that provide operational visibility, executive insights, and performance metrics across SRE and enterprise platforms.
- Own and enhance data ingestion pipelines, reporting schemas, KPI frameworks, and operational data models to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort,



and streamline reporting, monitoring, and operational workflows.
- Develop and support automation solutions using contemporary engineering frameworks and scripting languages such as Python.
- Build and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and self-service capabilities that improve system reliability and operational scalability.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases and validation frameworks to ensure solution quality, reliability, and production readiness.
- Support automation testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression validation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and adoption of agentic platform capabilities, including automation, orchestration, and self-service engineering solutions.
