Key Responsibilities:Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure:
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including:
- Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)
- Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Resource groups, subscriptions, and policy management
- Azure Networking, Monitoring, and Security
- Configure and manage hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD)
- Manage Microsoft 365 platform, including:
- Exchange Online mailbox administration
- SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams setup, security, and governance
- Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance policies
- Use PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation, scripting, and bulk operations.

Systems Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
- Administer Hyper-V virtualization - provisioning, snapshots, performance tuning.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and uptime, ensuring high availability.

Networking & Security:
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and perform routine network maintenance.
- Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos,



Cisco) and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor content filtering and web security solutions.
- Support identity and access management, group policies, and directory synchronization.
- Respond to and remediate security incidents and assist with compliance audits.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in a System Administrator or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in:
- Azure Administration (IaaS, AAD, monitoring, policies)
- Windows Server environments
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Hyper-V virtualization
- Firewall configuration and management
- LAN/WAN networking and content filtering tools
- Experience with identity and access controls in hybrid environments.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Up-to-date Desktop
