Position: Senior Sales Engineer

Exp : Min 3 years

CTC : upto 10 LPA (Depend on the interview).

Job Position Summary

Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. The role includes sales presentations, product promotions, product demonstrations, assistance and guidance to the subordinate team, submitting techno-commercial proposals, and negotiating orders with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Study products in the SBU Product Basket, company activities, potential market segments, and continuously update knowledge.
- Identify prospective customers/buyers and send introductory mailers.
- Visit potential customers (new and existing).
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, company profiles, and product catalogs.
- Generate enquiries.
- Select suitable products, systems, and solutions for customers.
- Prepare BOM and obtain approval from the concerned senior authority.
- Submit techno-commercial proposals to customers.
- Follow up on quotations through calls and visits,



negotiate orders, and finalize deals.
- Submit order checklists to OPD after obtaining approval from the concerned senior authority.
- Track order execution.
- Submit dispatch documentation to customers.
- Handle payment receipts and commercial recoveries as per agreed terms.
- Submit periodic sales visit reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).
- Prepare MIS reports for enquiries generated, orders booked, orders lost, recent customers acquired, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Assist and guide junior engineers in sales activities.
- Study market competition, update knowledge, and report findings to seniors.
- Cluster OEM customers and repeat business buyers.

Desired Qualification / Certifications
- Preferred: B.E. (Mechanical / Electronics) from a reputed engineering college/university.
- Optional: Diploma with relevant work experience of 3-5 years.
