The Technology Product Manager designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life. This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life of new, existing, or acquired products. The SG27 Product Manager leverages market insights and emerging technology - including AI - to understand customer needs,



identify new opportunities, and optimize product offerings.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy roadmap, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and product innovation
- Engage enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
- Lead the product across its lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions
- Know the market and effectively identify and frame recent technology products, including those powered by AI
- Define solutions with high-value requirements, compelling business cases, clear product positioning, priority, and strategic impact
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions, including AI-powered features
- Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions, using AI
