PURPOSE:
An Associate Field Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance repairs and installations at customer locations. Supports senior technicians in delivering maintenance and support services to maximize customer satisfaction.



Assists in improving working processes and procedures ensuring service quality is maintained. Provides operational support while gaining technical knowledge in airport services. Assists with managing resources including tools and equipment while receiving training on specific systems and tools. Works under the guidance of experienced team members contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum of 1 years? experience in onsite support activities and repairs of PCs Printers and airport services equipment. ? Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to contractual service levels. ? Experience of working in the Airport / Airline industry preferred
