We help businesses build exceptional teams through efficient recruitment solutions while supporting solar companies across the United States with permit-ready PV designs and engineering documentation.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, market research, and sales prospecting.

During the internship, you will work closely with our business development team to identify potential clients and build high-quality prospect lists.

Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Maintain and update lead databases in Excel or CRM.
- Ensure lead data is accurate and well-organized.
- Support the sales team with prospecting activities.




- Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
