About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and results.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content, including static posts, reels, and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools that enhance content creation, productivity, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Generate cutting-edge campaign ideas that help clients achieve business goals.




- Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots; experience in handling shoots is an added advantage.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable client results.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, research, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling video shoots will be an added advantage.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
