Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Good Knowledge and experience of Casting components development (Foundry processes and Machining)
- Drawing study and providing technical feedback to design team
- Floating RFQ, TSO sign off with PCM and QS submission to SSU within timelines
- Ensuring First time right development with PERT chart tracking
- Exposure & Skills in VPPAP actvities and closures
- Scheduling of development parts and CDMM ownership parts.
- Project Coordination for a Team at MRV.
- Proto/RPT Route Component Development.
- Material availability at MRV for Testing and validations Requirments.
- Commercial Acumen, Capex & Material cost

Experience
- 6-11years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Production, Automobile

General Requirements
- Good Casting development knowledge
Drawing study and analysis
Casting process knowledge
VPPAP / APQP knowledge
proficient in SAP, MS Excel and Powerpoint
Positive communication skills required for internal department, inter-department and with suppliers
