- Identify, prospect,



and develop new business opportunities in the AEC/BIM domain (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
- Sell software services such as BIM consulting, BIM modeling, digital transformation, custom software solutions, and related technology services.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions aligned with business needs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; manage negotiations and close deals.
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure accurate solutioning and smooth project handover.
- Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on AEC industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
