The Project Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully executing recent elevator installation projects from order confirmation to handover. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities.

Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate all new elevator installation projects.
- Prepare project schedules and installation timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and installation teams.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.
- Monitor project progress and update management regularly.

Site Management
- Conduct site inspections before installation.
- Verify shaft dimensions, pit depth, overhead clearance, and electrical readiness.
- Coordinate with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure site readiness before material dispatch.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure installation follows company standards and safety requirements.




- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Material & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate material dispatch and delivery schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Conduct quality inspections during installation stages.
- Verify installation quality before testing and commissioning.
- Maintain safety records and site documentation.

Testing & Handover
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
