SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Team Member - Execution supports site construction activities by assisting in supervision of works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The role supports senior engineers and site leads in achieving construction milestones and maintaining project schedules.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional Perspective

? Assist in reducing material wastage and rework at site

? Support productivity improvements and productive resource utilization

? Assist in monitoring material consumption and site usage

? Support achievement of project milestones and billing targets

Customer Perspective

? Support execution of works as per project timelines and quality standards





? Assist in coordinating inspections with consultants and clients

? Help resolve site-level execution issues through coordination with contractors

? Contribute to maintaining good stakeholder relationships through disciplined execution

Internal Process Perspective

? Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at site

? Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

? Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, planning, and MEP teams

? Monitor contractor manpower deployment and work progress

? Support preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation

? Maintain site records and assist in inspection documentation
