Position Overview

Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable component-based UI frameworks and reusable component libraries.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data consumption.
- Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Lead front-end code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical growth within the team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality implementations.
- Implement micro-frontend architectures where applicable for modularity.
- Stay current with React ecosystem advancements and evaluate new tools and patterns.

Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in front-end development with 4 years in React.js.
- College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design.




- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and module bundling.
- RESTful API and GraphQL integration experience.
- Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture patterns.

Industry / Domain Experience Needed:
- Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best UX practices.
- Passion for building elegant, performant user interfaces.
