What will your day look like?

As a Payments Processing Associate, you will:
Process payments accurately and within agreed timelines, minimizing risks and potential losses arising from delayed or incorrect payment deliveries.

Support customer-facing teams in handling customer enquiries and queries professionally across multiple channels, escalating complex issues to senior staff or the Section Head when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, ANZ entities, and business teams, to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Manage end-to-end payment processing activities,



including system processing in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, handling enquiries from customers and correspondent banks, preparing regulatory and internal reports, and promptly escalating suspicious transactions, fraud risks, customer disputes, or operational errors.

Partner with relevant business units and functions to enhance understanding of their operating environment, products, organizational structure, and compliance requirements, enabling effective support and risk management.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 0-3 years of experience (banking or lending experience will be an added advantage).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
