Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment costs and payment plans.
- Explain hospital billing procedures, insurance advantages, and coverage details.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Assist patients in completing financial assistance and reimbursement documentation.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for medical treatments and procedures.
- Coordinate with billing, accounts, and TPA teams for claim processing.
- Resolve patient billing queries and financial concerns professionally.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial counseling records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Support revenue cycle management and improve collection efficiency.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments for smooth patient services.
- Prepare financial reports and update management on patient payment status.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related field.




- Additional certification in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Finance is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong patient counseling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and TPA processes.
- Understanding of healthcare finance and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.

Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Counselor, Billing Executive, Patient Counselor, or related role in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
