Job Summary
The Clinic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through suitable skin and hair treatment solutions, managing patient interactions, and driving sales through effective counselling and follow-ups. The role requires a patient-centric approach along with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to patients regarding appropriate skin and hair treatments
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans and services:
- Maintain and update patient data and records accurately
- Manage and update sales records and daily reports:
- Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue generation
- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to ensure treatment continuity and satisfaction
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience
- Be adaptable to handle additional responsibilities beyond the defined role as required
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline:
