- >Conduct timely training programme for the channel and associates for skill upgradation
- >Release work orders, control installation costs within the budgeted value and ensure timely payments to vendors and collection of low side payments from the Customers.
- >Support NAD team in timely site visits, estimation and post delivery installation process.
- >Track, monitor and ensure closure of escalations
- >Develop current associates to ensure timely installation and handing over of the sites
