A Customer Relationship Manager owns a portfolio of existing retail accounts and is personally responsible for their reorder frequency, order size, and overall relationship health. You'll spend most of your day on the phone and WhatsApp with retailers and wholesalers who already know our brand — your job is to make sure they keep choosing us over anyone else.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on the phone — this role is calling-heavy
- Fluent in Hindi and conversational in English
- A relationship-first mindset over an aggressive sales style — this role rewards patience and consistency, not pressure tactics
- Basic comfort with a CRM tool and WhatsApp Business (full training provided on our specific tools and processes)




- Organised enough to manage 50-250+ accounts without letting any of them go silent
- Prior experience in têxtile, home furnishing, or B2B retail is a plus but not required — full product training is provided in week one

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
