Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Lead Hunting and Field Sales Visits to customers to achieve sales:
- targets Sales Targets: Deliver against assigned sales targets and product mix targets for the region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, including large-scale ISPs focusing on understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.:
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly within the Optical Networking, Wi-Fi Networking, GPON, XGS-PON, and FTTH sectors, to offer insightful and competitive proposals.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, including Optical Networking Devices, Wi-Fi Networking Products and effectively communicate these to potential clients.:
- Proposal Development:



Lead the preparation of proposals and tender responses, ensuring they meet customer specifications and highlight our value proposition.
- Negotiations and Closures: Drive the negotiation process with prospective clients, securing contracts that meet both customer needs and company profitability goals.:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Implement best practices to maximize lead generation, prospecting, and conversion rates across targeted customer segments.
- Collaboration with Product Management: Provide valuable market insights to the product management team and contribute to the development of new product offerings that meet customer demands.

Experience:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Field sales, preferably within the Enterprise and telecom sector, focusing on ISPs, MSOs.
- Prior experience working with or selling products from leading Wi-Fi Networking, FTTH Product companies or selling ILL and FTTH connec
