We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1+ years of experience in IT sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms:
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Location: Indore
Experience: 1+ Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
