Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities:
- Implement play-way and experiential learning methods:
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials:
- Ensure holistic development of students (social, emotional, cognitive & physical)
- Maintain classroom discipline with a caring approach:
- Track and record student progress and assessments:
- Communicate regularly with parents during PTMs and meetings:
- Maintain student portfolios and classroom displays:
- Participate in school events, activities, and curriculum planning
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline:
- NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed (preferred):
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Pre-Primary section
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills:
- Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and activity-based teaching:
- Creative skills in art, craft, rhymes, and early learning activities:
- Basic knowledge of smart class / digital teaching tools
