About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive website traffic, qualified leads, and revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Build and implement inbound marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
- Measure, track, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Manage and strengthen the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and improve user experience.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead,



mentor, and coordinate the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of projects and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO & SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Proven experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
