Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase entries, sales invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain the general ledger, trial balance, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Monitor inventory accounting, job work entries, and costing-related transactions.
- Ensure timely GST return filing, GST & TDS reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial records.




- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial forecasting.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
