Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and support revenue growth across domestic and international markets.





Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify recent industries, products, and customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and product presentations.
- Attend trade exhibitions and networking events.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal technical teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and quotations.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Support
- Prepare quotations in coordination with management.
- Follow up on quotations until closure.
- Assist in price negotiations while maintaining profitability.
