- Leading and Managing R&D; Team and its related activities
- Strong Technological background with in-depth Knowledge of Instrument Transformer, Bushings and Coils
- In depth Process knowledge of Current Product Development, Value Engg, MIS & SAP

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
- Knowledge acquired in B.E. Electrical, M.Tech or M.E. preferably

Technical Skills:
- High Voltage Engineering,



Electrostatic & Electromagnetic Design
- Working knowledge of SAP, Quality Management System

Key Skills:
- English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders
- Pronounced Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving Technical Query
- Proactive mindset and approach to serve internal and external customers
- Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win
- Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
- Time management and Prioritization Skills
- Readiness to dig deep into techno-commercial topics.
