Graphic Designer - Visual Designer - Brand Designer - Digital Designer

Overview:
Handles complex, high-craft design work across Blanq’s client portfolio. The Creative Lead sets the direction — the Senior Designer executes it at the highest quality level and can also work semi-independently on established client brands.

What you own:
- Complex design deliverables — pitch decks, brochures, brand identity elements, website banners, campaign visuals, grid views, collaterals, merchandising
- 5-7 clients’ monthly design deliverables
- First-draft designs for new clients before brand templates exist
- Attends deck design briefs with BMs when needed
- Supports the Creative Lead in building brand guidelines and template systems

Must-have skills:
- 2-3 years design experience in an agency or studio
- Adobe Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator mandatory. InDesign and Figma preferred.
- Has designed social media content, brochures,



and digital assets — not just one format
- Can interpret a reference image and extract the visual language from it
- Has worked with brand guidelines and stayed within them without losing creativity
- Use of AI integrations in design language be it voice overs, manipulations, or a simple look book.

Personality:
Craft-oriented. Cares about the small things — kerning, alignment, colour consistency across assets. Can take feedback without becoming defensive. Works independently once briefed — does not need handholding on every step.

KPIs: First draft quality (revision rounds). On-time delivery. Consistency with brand guidelines.

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000/month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
