Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum qualification:Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above:
- 0-1 year of experience in Retail Sales
- Experience in Footwear Retail, Apparel Retail or any Retail Industry will be an added advantage
- Freshers with positive communication skills are highly encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits
- ₹9,500 Net Take-Home Salary per month:
- PF
- ESI
- Performance Incentive
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM:
- 26 working days per month:
- 4 weekly offs
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Support inventory and stock management activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- POS/Billing software knowledge will be an added advantage
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
