We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Risk Associate to join the India-based CIB CRO Strategy, Planning & Governance (SP&G;) team, supporting the Business Management pillar of the International Risk function.

The role will support a broad range of responsibilities including staffing and headcount reporting, cost allocation reviews, business performance reporting, outsourcing and third-party risk governance, policy governance, regulatory change management, and executive reporting. As International Risk continues to evolve in response to changing business, operational risk, compliance, and prudential regulatory requirements, this role will help ensure effective coordination, administration, oversight, and reporting across multiple governance programs.

This position offers the chance to influence the development of a scalable global support model while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve tooling, leverage AI-enabled solutions, reduce manual effort, increase automation,



and create stronger linkages across business management and governance routines.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in or provide support for responsible oversight and strategic direction of enterprise risk, governance and reporting programs and low complexity initiatives within Enterprise Risk
- Review and support management with the new product approval process, risk data aggregation programs, basic tactical issues, policies, procedures related to risk, products, tasks and deliverables
- Identify training opportunities, assist in training delivery run regular risk reporting and perform research
- Participate in implementation and monitoring of risk based governance programs across the enterprise
- Receive direction from supervisor to develop an understanding of the risk function, policies, procedures, compliance and effectiveness of companywide initiative and execution
