- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Post job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms,



and manage the responses and applicant tracking system (ATS).Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless transition into the company.- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, such as employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA or related field.- 2 to 3 years' minimum in technical recruitment background ( Hiring for : Full stack/Frontend/Backend/QA) - sourcing/generating quality leads via various platforms like LinkedIn and other platforms.- Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role; experience in talent acquisition preferred.- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.-
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.- Proclivity for high-paced quality and quantity hiring-
