We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can build a robust people culture, streamline HR processes, improve employee performance, and support the organization's growth plans.

Role Purpose

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, training & development, policy implementation, and employee retention.

The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can work closely with management and department heads to ensure the right talent, right culture, and right systems are in place across all JAMSONS locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Promote company values and professional conduct.

3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance across all locations.
- Track employee punctuality and absenteeism.
- Manage leave records and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
- Generate monthly attendance reports for management review.

4. Payroll & Salary Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives before payroll
