Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive - Talent Acquisition & Operations who can take ownership of our hiring process while also supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Job Overview

You will also handle important HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, employee records, offboarding, attendance and leave coordination, HR reports, employee communication and other HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.




- Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters and joining formalities.

Onboarding & Offboarding
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Manage joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate resignation and exit formalities.
- Assist with exit interviews, clearance and handover processes.

HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers and MIS.
- Handle basic employee HR queries and concerns.
- Assist with performance reviews and employee feedback.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with management on staffing and HR requirements.
- Handle other HR activities assigned by management.
