Job Description - Meta Ads Executive

Position: Meta Ads Executive
Location: On-Site
Experience: 0-1 Year
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (As per Experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run Lead Generation, Traffic, Awareness, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
- Track and optimize campaign budgets.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy.
- Generate performance reports and insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives,



audience targeting, and ad placements.
- Familiarity with CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and ROAS metrics.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in Meta Ads, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Internship experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing preferred.
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
