Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through assigned leads (inbound / outbound calling) and explain insurance products clearly
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Health, Motor, or Life Insurance plans
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and policy conversions in the CRM system
- Handle customer objections effectively and build trust through product knowledge and honest communication
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted
- Stay updated on RGL's insurance product portfolio, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Attend daily team briefings, training sessions, and performance review meetings

- Individual health plans, family floater plans, top-up policies_
- Mediclaim, critical illness, OPD covers_
- Motor Insurance




- Two-wheeler and four-wheeler insurance (Third-party + Comprehensive)_
- Policy renewal, add-on covers, zero depreciation_
- Life Insurance
- Term life, endowment, ULIP, and savings-linked plans_
- Pure protection and investment-cum-insurance products_

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal communication in English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented mindset with self-motivation
- Basic computer / smartphone literacy for CRM data entry
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist with follow-ups
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-player attitude

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification -Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) — Any Stream / Board
- Experience -Fresher and experience both can apply
