About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Audit
- Lead and manage Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and Limited Review assignments.
- Plan, execute, and review audit engagements while ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
- Prepare audit reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required information and resolve audit observations.
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments.

Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Prepare, review, and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Manage GST registrations, return filings, reconciliations, refunds, and assessments.
- Handle TDS/TCS compliance, return filings, and reconciliations.




- Draft replies to notices received from Income Tax and GST departments.
- Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients.

Accounting & Compliance
- Review books of accounts and financial statements.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain statutory compliance calendars and ensure timely filings.

Client & Team Management
- Independently manage multiple client engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Mentor, review, and guide junior team members and articles.
- Ensure quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing (SA), Income Tax, GST, TDS, and the Companies Act.
