- About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding BIM courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course features, curriculum, certification benefits, and career prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth batch onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.

Required Skills:
- Prior experience in BIM course sales or counselling is mandatory.
- Good understanding of BIM technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and related career paths.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle admission counselling and sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.





Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Education Sales, Training Institutes, or Skill Development Industry.
- Knowledge of the Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Industry will be an added advantage.
