Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer for our technical skill education institute. The role involves student counseling, sales coordination, and customer relationship management to support enrollments and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and online enquiries from students and parents
- Provide course counseling and convert enquiries into enrollments
- Follow up on leads through calls and messages
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
- Maintain student databases and records
- Support marketing activities and promotional events
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in education sector or sales
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Salary & Perks
- ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable)
