Role Overview

This role requires strong design skills, excellent client interaction, and the ability to work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and premium residential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Client Consultation
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, space planning, functionality, and aesthetic preferences.
- Recommend customized wardrobe, modular storage, furniture, and interior solutions.
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material recommendations.
- Coordinate with the design team to create 2D/3D presentations and customized proposals.

Sales & Business Development
- Convert walk-in, referred, and generated leads into confirmed projects.
- Build relationships with architects,



interior designers, builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and explain design concepts and premium materials.
- Generate recent business opportunities through networking and client referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with production, execution, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project discussions.
- Ensure timely follow-up from inquiry to project handover.

Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, architects, and consultants.
- Handle commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
