Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
2. Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
4. Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketingfor product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
2. 1-4 years of FMCG sales experience.
3. Solid knowledge of Surat, Gujaratpart of the state markets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
