Job Introduction
We are looking for a Lead - Java Full Stack Software Development to join our Global Software Engineering and Technology Team in Pune, India. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines strong technical expertise with team mentoring and ownership of end-to-end software delivery for TGW's global warehouse automation solutions.

You will lead the design, development, and enhancement of software components within the TGW architecture while ensuring high code quality, scalability, and alignment with engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, QA,



and global development teams, driving technical excellence and mentoring engineers

WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best engineering practices.
- Drive technical design, architecture discussions, and software quality initiatives.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and global teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Strong experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
