- Recruitment & Workforce Hiring
- Generate quality leads through:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- SEO & Organic Campaigns
- Manage and improve lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion flow
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams for lead distribution and follow-ups
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Build audience targeting strategies for Indian markets
- Create and manage marketing content, creatives, and promotional campaigns
- Handle social media branding and online reputation management
- Work with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
