- Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Own and manage inbound leads from marketing channels (website, campaigns, partnerships). Respond promptly, qualify them based on ICP fit, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery calls with prospects to understand their business challenges, current workflows, and decision-making process around payroll/HR management.
- Product Demonstrations: Independently run tailored product demos for mid-market prospects, articulating how SalaryBox solves their specific pain points.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees — engage HR heads, finance leaders, founders, and operations teams — to build consensus and drive deals forward.
