We are looking for a committed, empathetic student counsellor to join our educational team. The counsellor will be assisting students to understand our courses and facilitate the admission process.
- Responsibilities and Duties

A student counsellor is a key position in TathaGat.The primary responsibilities would be as follows:
1. Assist new students to understand courses offered by TathaGat.

2. Be the point of contact for students and assist them with their queries.

3. Help and resolve enrolled students' queries.

4. Be part of the team for process improvement to enhance the student experience.

Minimum 3 years of counselling experience in online test prep company is must.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
