About Us

Khosla & Co. is a growing wholesale supplier of party and decoration items, offering a wide range of products including balloons, banners, party poppers, cold pyros, and event decoration supplies.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and support day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
- Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional content
- Handle customer inquiries and leads received through social media and WhatsApp
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records
- Perform basic accounting and record-keeping tasks
- Work with Microsoft Excel for data entry, reports, stock tracking, and basic calculations
- Coordinate with the sales team and support daily operations




- Monitor social media performance and prepare easy reports

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer operations
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply
